Refund Policy

Our goal is to be able to host the overnight camp in July, but due to ongoing cancellations of activities by local and state governments, we are temporarily suspending the registration process for the camp.  On May 15th we will look at the guidelines being put forth by the state of Indiana, Butler University, and the city of Indianapolis, to see if we are allowed to host the overnight camp.  If we are allowed to host a camp then we will open the registration at that time and personally notify each high school program.  If we are not able to host the camp then we will be in touch with those who have already registered for the camp. Thank you for your patience in these challenging times. If you have questions then please contact Chris Johnson at johnsojc@iupui.edu

Upon cancellation prior to one week until the camp date, the camp fee will be refunded minus a $35 administration fee. There are no refunds for camp cancellations within one week of the start of camp.

Former Head Coach at Bloomington South High School, Ian Rickerby, says “We were very happy with the accommodations, food, and organization.  The fields were good and the coaching we had was also great.  The camp demands a high level of fitness and activity, it’s not for the faint-hearted, but for the serious player/program, it’s a great early look at your team in an appropriately competitive environment.
